Special Needs Registry

The Brown Deer Police Department recognizes that some residents and visitors may have special needs that impacts their ability to interact with first responders. In an effort to alert responders to these needs, we have developed a Special Needs Registry. Participation is voluntary, and any information provided will be maintained in a confidential database.

The registry will alert responders to the needs of the individual and provide a more trauma-informed response. If you'd like your loved one added to the Special Needs Registry, please complete the Special Needs Registry Form below and click SUBMIT at the bottom of the screen. The information provided should be updated annually. A PDF version of this form is available upon request.

Questions regarding the Special Needs Registry can be directed to Sergeant Lea Olsen at 414-371-2900 or email Sergeant Lea Olsen.
