Rental Facilities

The Village of Brown Deer has several facilities available for private rental. Indoor and outdoor, small and large, we have a space to fit your meeting, birthday party, picnic, baby shower, family reunion, or other event. Our facilities are available for rent to all members of the public. 


Submit reservations through our online portal. Village Staff will review the request and contact the applicant for payment which can be made through the online portal or at Village Hall. 

Lois & Tom Dolan Community Center 

4355 W Bradley Rd, Brown Deer, WI 53223

The Gathering Hall inside the Lois & Tom Dolan Community Center is a multi-purpose room large enough to accommodate gatherings and meetings for up to 100 people. This room is available to rent for receptions, showers, classes, meetings, luncheons and more.

Community Room at Public House 55

8725 N Deerwood Dr, Brown Deer, WI 53209

The Community Room at Public House 55 is available for private rental from November through April.  The space can accommodate up to 100 people or 45 with tables and chairs.  This space is ideal for small gatherings and parties or for community groups.  Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages.  Guests also have access to the patio area and Community Square Park.

Community Rooms at Brown Deer Public Library

4301 W Brown Deer Rd, Brown Deer, WI 53223

The Brown Deer Public Library has several Community Rooms available for rental.  These include lower-level Conference Rooms that can be combined into a larger space and an upper-level Board Room. 

Conference Room A and B are both available for meetings and events for 7-49 people.  A whiteboard, projection screen, and ceiling-mounted projector are available for use in both rooms.  These spaces have access to a galley warming kitchen.  Conference Rooms A and B can be combined for larger groups. 

The Adult Programming Room on the upper-level of the Library is available for small meetings and events up to 20 people. This room has a large television and whiteboard available for use.

Village Hall Meeting Rooms

  • Village Hall Room 100 - Board Room (98 capacity)
  • Village Hall Room 101 - Conference Room (10 capacity)

The Village Hall Board Room and Conference Room are both available for rental by the following groups: 

  1. Village government activities
  2. Village Park and Recreation Department activities
  3. Civic groups, educational groups, and other non-profit organizations or community groups whose membership is predominately Brown Deer residents or which serve predominately Brown Deer residents
  4. Other civic, educational or non-profit organizations
